In 2022, the import and export of knowledge intensive services reached 2506.85 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.8%. The export of knowledge intensive services reached 1416.08 billion yuan, an increase of 12.2%. The areas with faster export growth are intellectual property usage fees, telecommunications and computer services, with year-on-year growth of 17.5% and 13% respectively. The import of knowledge intensive services reached 109077 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.6%. The area with faster import growth is insurance services, with a growth rate of 35.8%.

The import and export of travel services continue to resume. In 2022, travel services showed an overall recovery trend, with a total import and export of 855.98 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.4%.
